Guillaume Tourniaire (Stage Director)

"Patience" is Guillaume's eighth VLOC production - recent projects include directing last spring's "The Pirates of Penzance" and last fall's “Désirée.” Guillaume was introduced to G&S by playing the Pirate King at Boston College, where he studied theatre. Locally, he has also directed for The Forgotten Opera Company and production managed for the Washington Savoyards. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Theatre History & Criticism at CUA, where he recently won the drama department's 2008 award in dramaturgy. He also serves on the VLOC board as Secretary.
