Katie Caughlan is estatic to be taking part in her third VLOC performance as the shortest maiden!!! She is a 17 year old finishing up her LAST semester at B-CC High School! VLOC is apparently in her blood; her parents met during the 1987 performance of Ruddigore! She would like to thank all her friends and family who are supporting her!!! MUCH LOVE!!
