VLOC's longtime Makeup Designer is a Washington area cosmetologist who trained in England as a makeup artist and hair stylist. She has worked in community theater in England and the United States for many years. She has designed regularly for VLOC, The Washington Savoyards and hexagon. She always has time for the Look Good, Feel Better program for women undergoing cancer treatment.
