Stefanie Garcia is pleased to be performing with VLOC. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, she studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute for 2 years. She was last seen in A Little Night Music in New York City with St. Bart’s Players. Stefanie studies voice with the illustrious Richard Thomas.
